REFUND POLICY

ACCESSORIES/CLOTHING
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@floresguitars.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


“IN STOCK” GUITARS
We have a 14-day return policy for any “In Stock” guitar purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the guitar and all accompanying accessories must be included in the return - i.e. the hard shell guitar case, and all included accessories and tools. Given the likelihood that the guitar will have evidence of use/playing wear, returned “In Stock” guitars will be resold as “used” items. As such, all “In Stock” returns will be subject to a 20% re-listing and reconditioning fee (the guitar will be evaluated for any excessive wear and damage, repaired if needed, and new photos will be taken to show the accurate condition of the instrument)

”BUILD YOUR OWN” GUITARS
Given the custom nature of each order (to include general specifications, colors, upgrades, and any potential additions/features not normally listed as options on the site), “Build Your Own” guitars cannot be returned.


DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damage is due to a manufacturing issue the product will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion. 

In line with our shipping policy, if shipping insurance is purchased at time of checkout and damage occurs due to transportation mishandling, we will work with the carrier to file a claim. The guitar will either be repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the claim. If shipping insurance was not purchased at time of checkout, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
