SHIPPING POLICY
STANDARD SERVICE
UPS Ground will be utilized as the default service level for all domestic shipments. Once orders are placed, items typically will be shipped within 2-3 business days, and tracking information will be provided via email and/or SMS text (if opted in).
For any order $50.00 USD or greater, shipping will be free, including orders that contain guitars or basses.
EXPEDITE SERVICE
For expedite service, select the desired option at checkout (i.e. UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, etc). Free shipping does not apply to expedite service levels. Please note that orders will still require 2-3 business days for processing once items are ready to ship.
“BUILD YOUR OWN” GUITARS
For customs order “Build Your Own” guitars, typical lead times at the moment are between 8-10 weeks. Once the guitar is completed, the above shipping policies and expedite service levels (if applicable) would occur. Selecting an expedite service level will not expedite the manufacture of the instrument, only the shipping speed once the build is complete.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance can be purchased at time of checkout to cover the full cost of the instrument (fee will be determined at time of checkout based on order total). By opting out of adding shipping insurance at time of checkout, the customer agrees that they will assume responsibility for resolution with the carrier (i.e. UPS) should a claim need to be filed due to transportation related damage or loss.
